At Rock My Floor, we install high-performance epoxy sand broadcast flooring systems designed to rebuild and protect concrete surfaces in harsh environments. This multi-layer system combines epoxy resin, graded sand, and a final high-wear urethane (HWU) topcoat for unbeatable durability, chemical resistance, and traction.
We install these systems for industrial, commercial, and municipal clients across Grand Rapids, Holland, Zeeland, and all of West Michigan.
System Structure:
1. Base Coat: 100% solids epoxy
2. First Broadcast: Washed, graded silica sand
3. Intermediate Coat: 100% solids epoxy
4. Second Broadcast: Silica sand
5. Lock Coat: Final epoxy layer to seal in aggregate
6. Topcoat: High-Wear Urethane (HWU) for abrasion, UV, and chemical protection
