1.Concrete Prep
We grind the concrete to a CSP-2 profile to remove the surface cap and open up the pores for proper adhesion. Cracks and surface damage are repaired to ensure a smooth foundation.
2.Moisture Barrier (If Needed)
If moisture levels are high, we apply a vapor barrier to protect the coating and prevent future issues.
3.Epoxy Basecoat
A 100% solids industrial-grade epoxy is applied to bond directly to the prepared surface, forming a durable base layer.
4.Flake Broadcast
Decorative vinyl flakes are fully broadcast into the wet basecoat. Choose from our Rock My Floor signature blends or customize your own flake colors.
5. Polyaspartic Topcoat
We finish with a UV-stable polyaspartic clear coat, adding a glossy, long-lasting finish that resists wear, chemicals, and UV damage.
